Search

Initially is charged a list with all the customers that the agent is assigned.
It is possible then do a management with the contacts or deassign of it.

Open

The search will can filter by the followings attributes:

• Name : It filter by the client name.

• Policy : Key of policy  insurance .

• Agent : Assigned agent.

• Expiration : Filter by the expiration date.

• All : Display all policies both completed and pending managment.

• Finished : Filter by policy that are ended.

Unassign : Disassociated the client to the agent that it is found assigned.

Managment : It send to the client a tab of managment to start it.

Managment

By managing a client, it shows all the client data, a policy list of insurance that have a client, and a list of all the management done for that client.

Open

The data client are entered :

• Name : Enter the client name.

• Address : Place of residence of the client.

• Telephone : It can add till four telephone numbers of customers,a button is include that allows to call the entered number.

Managment data are entered :

• Code : It must select a code.

• Result : It has to select a Result.

• Schedule : Managment which can search the Agenda tab agenda.

• Comment : Allows to add a managment comment.

• Finished : It indicates if the management is finished o pending of manage.

Agenda

In this module can filter all the schedule manage for the entered date.
It can manage a client selected and press the button Management.

Base

Allows the upload in batch of the clients of the system.

The upload it have to do saving a Excel file with the .csv extension.
