We want to inform you that we recently experienced issues with messaging through the Gupshup provider. These problems, unrelated to uContact, originated on the part of Gupshup.
The incident began on November 24 at 10:20:00 AM GMT-3 and was fully resolved by 01:30:00 PM GMT-3. We are pleased to inform you that the Gupshup technical team worked diligently to address these issues and restore the messaging service as quickly as possible.
