The uContact Salesforce plugin is an installable package (Salesforce lighting) that integrates the uContact softphone into the Salesforce interface.
Agents only have to log in using the uContact credentials and start answering and receiving calls.
Make calls manually from the softphone or by clicking the phone in the contact view
