Changes for Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram Providers: Required Actions

We would like to inform you that starting December 9, 2024, version 6.528 of uContact will be available. This release introduces significant changes to the functionality of the Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram channel providers on our platform.

After this update, it will be necessary to manually reactivate the providers. Therefore, we recommend performing this update during a maintenance window outside of business hours, in coordination with our support team.

It is crucial to complete this procedure before February 5, 2025, as the providers for the mentioned channels will cease to function on instances that are not updated to version 6.528 or later.
