Forms/Suveys Designer

This document explains the details of the form designer along with its functions.

Upon entering, you see the home screen where you can create a new form or survey, and/or open an existing one to modify it.

Open

To generate a new form or survey, you must write its name without spaces and click on the type of file you want to create.

In the right column, you can select a file that has already been created to continue working on it.
