How to use it

Configuration

Once the installation has been completed the plugin is ready to use. Make sure to follow the next steps to configure properly according to your uContact account.

Click on the points button

 

Then type uContact settings and press the uContact settings option

In the settings tab, indicate your uContact instance: type in the input text changing the location.

Example: https://yourdomain.ucontactcloud.com/uphone

In the Field Mapping tab, associate fields of Contact and Lead objects. These fields will be used to match registries when receiving a call or making manual calls. You can use all objects or just one. You can also skip this step if you won't use this functionality.

 

Manual calls

It is possible to make calls directly from the phone by dialling a number. To make a call you have to specify the campaign you are going to use.

It is also possible to call a Contact from the contact profile. You will be able to choose between all the different phones.

 

 

 

Incoming Calls

Once an incoming call is received you can choose between open contact or lead view. The plugin will try to match the caller id number with the fields configured for each object.

All phone features available on uContact are also available with this plugin.
