Net2PhoneSMS is one of the multiples providers supported by uContact.

To use Net2Phone at uContact you must first have an active account with the company.

Account settings

First of all, you must have an N2P enabled account that supports messaging, currently only US accounts have this.

Provider settings

To configure a Net2PhoneSMS provider, it is necessary to log in with a supervisor type user and permissions for the Administration of SMS providers.

Within uContact go to Administration - Providers - SMS

Once there, we select the Net2PhoneSMS provider the following field will be displayed.

  • Name

Name by which the provider will be identified.

  • SMS From

Sender's contact number

If the "SMS From" field is left incomplete, the message will be sent from the first available number

After completing the field, the account must be activated, log in with the username and password to obtain the token and webhook registration by uContact.

Campaign settings

Campaigns are created from Administration - Campaigns - SMS

Select the provider created.

To receive inbound messages, it's required to enter the phone number on DIDs-Ports input

After saving the campaign, we only need to add members.
