Ranges:

The quartiles ranges are a classification of the advisors that takes into consideration the average score achieved from all the Monitorings, depending on whether it is a Critical or Non-Critical error. This classification must be built by the operation based on its processes but under a single structure.

Min – Max > Numeric field in whole %.

The sum of the 4 quartiles ranges must not be less or greater than 100% and must be created from highest to lowest, which means that quartile 1 must have a maximum of 100% and the last one a minimum of 0% as can be seen in the example below:

COPC Quartiles Ranges by date and agent:

In this report, the average of all the monitoring results carried out within the selected period and the selected agents is calculated, based on the above, the quartile they belong to is sought.
