To configure your email account in our uContact portal you must follow the next steps.

When the user creates the Email Campaign in the portal, it is required to complete the last three boxes, if the email account that the user linked is a Gmail one, the boxes must be completed with the following:

Outbound SMTP
smtp.gmail.com:587

Inbound IMAP
imap.gmail.com:993

Inbound POP
pop.gmail.com:995

After creating the Email Campaign, the user must go to her/his Gmail account and click on Settings, next select the Forwarding and POP/IMAP section

Inside the IMAP Access section, the Status must be enabled.

After this, please follow the next link https://www.google.com/settings/security/lesssecureapps, and activate the action.
