From the Telephony Server

1 UpdateIntegra <password IntegraServer>

The procedure will show the actual version and the version to be upgraded in case a new uContact version exits, also will show if the telephony core changes. If confirmed, then will put down the services (hanging up all calls) and replace all components on the servers also updating the Database, finally starts all the services again.


If you want to do an unattended update, use:

1 UpdateIntegra <password IntegraServer> T

You will perform the procedure in the same way, only without asking for the user's confirmation to be able to update.
