Release on version 6.412

Dear user,

Integra CCS informs that yesterday, February 2, 2021, a new version of uContact (6.412) was released, which includes security improvements that are adapted and comply with ISO 27001 standards.

Along with this improvement, it is necessary to clear cache, since there were changes in the way in which the SIP phone (soft phone) is authenticated against Asterisk.

In turn, this version has a bug that does not allow hard phones to be registered. This bug is already fixed in version 6.413.

It is recommended to visit the Changelog to stay up to date on new versions of uContact and the changes they imply.
