Agents can see the progress in their daily objectives and the progress of their group and area.

Daily objectives are the same for all the agents during a game. Objectives in Call Center business (sales or collections) are the summary of the agentĀ“s daily objectives with their different measures.

The following image shows how an agent sees his progress, including the progress for each measure.

The Agent can view the general ranking of the area that he/she belongs to, only if the Supervisor of the area made it available.
