Account settings
First of all, you must have an N2P enabled account that supports messaging, currently only US accounts have this.
Provider settings
To configure a Net2PhoneSMS provider, it is necessary to log in with a supervisor type user and permissions for the Administration of SMS providers.
Within uContact go to Administration - Providers - SMS
Once there, we select the Net2PhoneSMS provider and the following fields will be displayed.
Name
Name by which the provider will be identified.
After completing the field, the account must be activated, log in with the username and password to obtain the token and webhook registration by uContact.
Campaign settings
Campaigns are created from Administration - Campaigns - SMS
Select the provider created.
To receive inbound messages, it's required to enter the phone number on DIDs-Ports input |
After saving the campaign, we only need to add members.
